Shebikin' Pedal Tours

What is Shebikin'?

It’s a 15-person pedal powered vehicle with a licensed conductor in the captain’s seat. Shebikin' is perfect for pub crawls, birthday celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, company outings, sightseeing, themed nights out- the possibilities are endless! A minimum of 8 people pedalling is necessary to power Shebikin'. You can bring your own alcohol on Shebikin', up to 36 ounces per person allowed on board.

How many people can ride Shebikin' at a time?

15 total people- 6 to a side, 3 sitters on back bench

What all is included in the price?
The price covers the rental cost for Shebikin' for the two hours where we make 3-4 stops throughout the downtown Sheboygan area. Look at the pre-determined routes. Select which one suites your group best. We'll provide a driver and coolers and ice if needed. All parking meters will be paid by the driver during the trip at no cost to you.

Where does Shebikin' stop and for how long?
There are 4 designated routes to choose from. Let your driver know where you'd like to stop or ask for suggestions. Most groups stop at three spots for about 20 minutes each. For Mixin' Meet we will make stops based on the group aboard. Some people prefer to stay on board the whole tour and that's just fine.

How do I fill out the waiver?
All Shebikin' passengers are required to complete our waiver in person prior to riding.

How much does it cost?
A private tour has a flat rate of $380 plus tax. Mixer tickets, where you can buy individual seats, are $35 plus tax each. Special events are charged by the hour- plus a drop-off fee if you need to have it transported to your event. Make sure you book your tour well in advance, as we are often sold out on popular time-slots up to a month in advance!

Where do we board Shebikin'?
Depending on the route selected the starting point will be different. Penn Avenue Pub is the starting point for the Downtown Route and Craft 30 is the starting point for the Craft Route.

Does Shebikin' have a motor?
No - Shebikin' is pedal-powered fun! If you are hesitant to book due to fitness ability, only ten seats pedal and the other five can relax on non-pedaling seats. However, you should be aware of several tricky hills that can be difficult to ascend for the faint-at-heart.

Can we eat and drink on board?
YES! -  but you have to follow the rules. Canned beverages only, up to three, 12 ounce cans per person (36 oz total)! This includes wine coolers and hard ciders - no glass!!! Bring your own cooler or use ours.  You are also free to bring food on board. If you get overly intoxicated during the tour and become a nuisance, you will be asked to get off and the ticket is non-refundable.

Can we decorate Shebikin' for our special occasion?
Of course! Be sure to arrive the full 30 minutes in advance of your tour depart time to give yourself enough time to put up the decorations. Our drivers are happy to help with this.

What if it rains?
Shebikin' operates rain or shine! If it's going to rain, we recommend bringing rain jackets and/or ponchos. It’s still a lot of fun- think of it as an adventure, plus we have a roof to cover you.

We only cancel tours if there are unsafe conditions, as described by a national weather advisory. The booking person will be contacted prior to a tour if severe weather is expected.

Can more than 15 people fit on Shebikin'?
Unfortunately we cannot due to strict local laws.

Are people under the age of 21 allowed on board?
Yes, but they will not receive a wrist band and cannot drink while on board.  Riders under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present.  The minimum age to ride the Shebikin' is 15. We check ID's for all riders.

What if we need to cancel our reservations?

Cancellations will receive a full refund if cancelled two weeks prior to reservation. No refunds will be given if cancelled within two weekends. Tours may be rescheduled two weeks prior.
